Into the Woods is a musical masterpiece that weaves together beloved fairy tales. Stephen Sondheim's enchanting score and James Lapine's clever script take audiences into a magical forest where iconic characters confront their desires and face the consequences of their wishes.

Join Michigan Stage staff and friends for a performance of Into the Woods at the Hilbery Gateway. This new program allows us to support other theaters and enjoy our favorite pastime with our Michigan Stage supporters. This event includes a study guide, pre-show talk, a ticket for the show and an optional meal and post-show discussion. The total cost is $60 per person and the meal is pay-for-yourself.

Join Michigan Stage for our next installment of Talkin’ Broadway featurnig the hit, Tony Award winning musical Jersey Boys with music by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons and a book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice.

This monthly discussion program is FREE to attend and feature a curated conversation on the production plus exclusive performances from special guests. All programs take place at the West Bloomfield Library.

Drag Queen Karaoke – a fundraiser for Playlabs - will kick-off at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30. Your $20 admission gets you an evening full of the baddest renditions of the best songs. There will be drinks and snacks! There will be a 50/50 raffle, prizes and gift baskets to bid on. We have three of Detroit’s most fantastic and fabulous drag queens, Jewel Jubilee, Rose Ritz and Jah Jah Shee bringing their talents to emcee the event. All we need is you and friends to come out for a spectacular night of fundraising. It all takes place at Plumbers Hall, 555 Horace Brown Drive in Madison Heights.
