  • Marketing & Development Director based in Oakland County, MI (Full-time)

    The Marketing & Development Director will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with our community, program and production partners, audiences, sponsors and general stakeholders, plus the advancement of our mission and future program enhancement as prescribed by the Board of Directors. Working alongside the Artistic Director, this role is responsible for coordinating with sponsors, audiences, press, program partners, parents, and teaching artists.

    Responsibilities:


    - Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy to support strategic objectives and meet calendar deadlines

    - Engage with community members across all channels

    
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner


    - Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts


    - Organize and host events to build and strengthen community relationships


    - Report on key community metrics and insights to inform marketing and product decisions


    Requirements:

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    
- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related field

    - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


    - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously


    - Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation tools

    
- Passion for building and nurturing communities

  • Program Director (Full-Time)

    Seeking individuals with experience in program development, enhancement, management and coordination, as well as any combination of experience working with youth on devising, creative writing, improvisation, fine arts, movement, or music/voice. Program Director acts as the administrative liaison between the program partner(s) and Michigan Stage.

    Program Director is responsible for the administrative function of all after-school and community programs, plus the advancement of our mission and future program enhancement as prescribed by the Board of Directors.

    Working alongside the Artistic Director, this role is responsible for coordinating with school administration, program partners, parents, social workers, and teaching artists.

    Program Scope: Playlabs, Readers Theater, Senior Stories, CIDL RT Program, Restorative Arts Justice Partnership, Professional Development for all Teaching Artists.

    Requirements: Undergraduate degree (complete or in-process) or comparable, relevant professional experience. Programs operate year-round.
